Escrow.com is an online escrow payment service headquartered in San Francisco, California, licensed as an escrow service, and accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
The brief was to create a world-class user design experience using a simple visual design language.
Key design elements of the Escrow brand involved working with product managers and engineers to ensure all product touch-points were consistent and easy to use for the end-user.
The process involved working with product designers to wireframe user payment flows, create high-fidelity visuals and implement a new design system library detailing typography,
button components, user navigation and motion design systems.
Outcomes of this project include a highly visual brand experience, with consistent touch points for the user across product, brand and marketing.
ESCROW + eBay
Escrow.com is integrated into both the eBay Motors website and mobile app, and is the first digital payment option since the launch of the new eBay Motors app in December 2019.
The design objective was to create a top-level marketing campaign to promote the launch of this new product partnership.
Stages of the design process included creating a consumer landing page, animated icons and a series of you-tube commercials.
The result was a highly impactful brand campaign experience across the product platform and social media networks.
